Welcome to Amber Bikes! Below you'll find all the details about our shipping policies, including costs, delivery times, and more. We're committed to delivering your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Shipping Costs
Cost depends on your delivery address but also overall weight of your order.
During the check-out phase, this cost will be calculated. If you have any questions or think that the shipping cost established is abnormal, feel free to contact us for review.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
All the pre-orders are processed within 1-2 days from the products reaching our stock.
Shipping Carriers
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
- PostNord.dk (once in your country, the local postal services or PostNord.dk partners will take over)
- GLS
Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. You can track your order using the tracking link provided.
International Shipping
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once the shipment reaches your destination country. AmberBikes is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Shipping Restrictions
Certain products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or regulations.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Amber Bikes is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
