Return policy:

We understand that you can change your mind or make a mistake.

• Regular return

That's why we offer a regular 14 days change and return policy. You have 14 days from the day you received the products (post tracking information as proof) for returning us the ring. Please write us an email if you want to return the ring and we will email you instructions (address). 
Products must be as new, not used and wearing no mark of utilisation. Upon receiving we will evaluate products shape and proceed to a refund for the product price only (no refund on the shipping cost) within 30 days from receiving products.

• Return of product with defect

If you wish to return a product with obvious defects, you also have 14 days to inform us by email from receiving date. We will email you instructions. Don't worry in such case, shipping is on us.

• Return of used product

In case products were used but does not fit due to your mistake, we want to help you. Send us pictures, and we will evaluate it. We could offer you up to 70% the paid price.
